Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 (15 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes with chipotle peppers
  • 8 ounces andouille sausages sausages
  • 3/4 cup shrimp, peeled and tailed
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 white pwpper

Step 1

Directions

Mix all ingredients except shrimp in a medium pot.

Heat to a boil.

Reduce to a simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently. Add shrimp and cook 5 minutes longer.
