Ingredients

  • 2 tbls salted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbls sour cream
  • 2 tbls chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbls lemon juice
  • 4 dashes hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Worcester shire sauce
  • 1 tsp old Bay
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 veggie oil

Preparation

Step 1

whisk and combine ingredients. Fold in crab meat. Make 1/3 cup patties. Medium heat in skillet. 5 minutes per side.
