Ingredients
- 2 tbls salted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbls sour cream
- 2 tbls chopped parsley
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbls lemon juice
- 4 dashes hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcester shire sauce
- 1 tsp old Bay
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 veggie oil

Step 1
whisk and combine ingredients. Fold in crab meat. Make 1/3 cup patties. Medium heat in skillet. 5 minutes per side.
