Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Can Tomatoes or Tomato Sauce
  • 1 package Cooked wide egg noodles
  • 12 Oz. Shredded Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Appox 1 Tbsp Chili Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Macaroni as usual, Drain and set aside
Brown the meat and stir in the tomatoes and seasoning to taste.
Stir in macaroni and simmer a few minutes
Put in a 2 quart casserole dish, adding about 3/4 of the cheese mix
Bake at 350 degrees for approx 45 minutes.
Take out of the oven and add the remaining cheese on top.
Return to oven for about 5 minutes
Serve hot or cooled
