  • 6 eggs Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp.white vinegar 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 prepared mustard

Step 1

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water and cool.Once cool, remove the shell, cut eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks into a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Stir in the vinegar, mayonnaise,mustard,salt and pepper. Add more mayonnaise as needed to hold mixture together; blend until creamy. Spoon mixture back into the hollows in the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
