Ingredients
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 1 TBSP vegetable oil
- 4 oz dried berries(approximately 2/3 cup)

Step 1
Melt together the white chocolate and the vegetable oil. Spread the dried berries on a parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Pour the melted chocolate over all and spread evenly. Refrigerated until hard. break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes approximately 3 cups of bark pieces.
