- 1/3 c. capers (coarsely chopped)
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 tsp. grated lemon juice plus 2 tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 chopped parsley

combine all ingredients into a bowl. Can be refrigerated up to one week.
Can be topped over fish.
