Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 pound skinless halibut fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven broiler.
Pan fry halibut on high heat for 3 minutes per side in olive oil/butter oven safe skillet. Cook on medium heat for 2-4 minutes, depending on thickness.
In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
Spread parmesan mixture on fish. Broil 2 minutes until bubbly.
