Cookies and Cream Rice Krispie

Ingredients

• 1 full bag of marshmallows
• 1/2 cup butter
• 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
• 2 1/2 cups Oreos, broken into small pieces
• 1 1/3 white chocolate chips, melted
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts for top of bars

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot melt butter over medium heat.
Add marshmallows and 1 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
Add Rice Krispies Cereal and 2 cups of the broken Oreo pieces.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
Melt 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips and spread over top.
Drizzle melted chocolate or chocolate sauce and remaining Oreo pieces over top.
Cool to room temperature and serve.
