- 3/4 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2-3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-12 oz chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat 375. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
In bowl stand mixer, beat butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy. about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Mixing well.
In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture all at once and mix on low until combined. Stir in chocolate chip, reserving 1/2 cups chips.
Use large coop to 1/4 cup measured out cookie dough. Use hands and roll into a ball. Place cookies 3 inches apart. Top each with a few chips. Bake until edges are lightly brown, about 12-13 minutes.
