  • 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 C heavy cream, COLD
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, fresh ground

Step 1

In the bowl of a mixer, add the cream cheese and cream and whip until firm, like whipped cream.

Add in the lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper, mix well.

Line a strainer/sieve with cheese cloth. Pour in the cheese mixture, fold over the cheese cloth to cover the mixture.

Put the strainer over a bowl and refrigerate over night to firm up.

When ready to serve, uncover and turn out on a plate.

For a savory flavor, top with Major Grey Mango Chutney or
For a sweet flavor, top with raspberries
