Ingredients
- 1 LB Fish of your choice,
- I use Cod
- 1 Medium Onion,
- thinly sliced
- 1 C Fennel,
- thinly sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic,
- thinly sliced
- Hand full Parsley,
- chopped
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- Sea Salt & Ground Pepper
- 28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 to 3 C Water

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add onion, garlic and fennel.
Cook until tender, about
10-15 minutes. Add fish, water
tomatoes and parsley.
Simmer 15 minutes more till
fish is flakey.
