- Bruchetta
- Tomatoes (chopped) (Romas)
- Peperencine peppers (chopped)
- Salt/pepper
- Tsp garlic
- Couple Tbls Olive oil
- Couple Tbls Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Drain the tomatoes. Put olive oil on both sides of French bread. Broil slightly. Turn over, add mozzarella cheese and broil until lightly browned.
