Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey or beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 cupcooked oats
  • 1/2 cup low-carb BBQ sauce (WW 3 points with low carb/5 points if not)
  • 1 medium tomato pureed
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 can green chilli peppers, undrained
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic minces
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Mexican blend seasoning
  • non-stick cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat overn to 400
Mix all ingredients
Shape into loag and place in baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray
Bake 1 hour

Great for meatballs or burgers too!
