Ingredients
- 1 trimmed beef brisket
- 4 oz. bottle Liquid Smoke
- celery salt
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- barbecue sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in foil lined pan. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and seasonings. (Do not add barbecue sauce) Seal the foil and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake, still sealed in foil, at 275 degrees for 4-6 hours. You can serve immediately, or cool and slice and then reheat. Serve with heated barbecue sauce.
