Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup finely ground almonds
- 1 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp cream
- 3tbsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients and cook in a heavy saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until butter is melted.
Drop by tsp 3" apart on parchment paper(Use table spoon and put a dollop in 4 corners of pan. Anymore and they cook unevenly)
Made 40 cookies
Oven 325 CONVECTION
Bake 5-6.5 minutes
Bake until light brown and still bubbling. Let cool until edge is firm enough to life with thin knife.
Lift cookies and turn upside down and roll. Use fresh cookie sheet for next batch.
