Ingredients
- Single Recipe
- 1 package (16 ounce) frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroon soup (don't use low salt/low fat/light)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 small onion grated
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 pkg herb stuffing (if doubling recipe - don't double stuffing)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margerine

Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli slightly and drain
Combine first 6 ingredients
Place in casserole dish**
(use size according to single or double recipe/used 13 X 9 for double and it was perfect)
Toss stuffing with melted buter
Spoon over broccoli mix
Can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze before baking
Bake 350 for 30 min (longer if cold or frozen)
