- 6-8 lb brisket
- minced garlic
- meat tenderier
- Wrights Liquid Smoke
- BBQ Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Night before, puncture brisket all over with fork and rub with minced garlic and meat tenderizer.
Pour one bottle of Wrigths liquid smoke over meat
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next mornig uncover
Pour jar of BBQ sauce over meat
Bake at 275 F for 6 hours
Slice on diagonal put in with drippings
Serve with slider buns
