Ingredients
- 1 cup instant white rice
- 1 cup plus 1 1/2 tbsp. water
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cups frozen Asian mixed vegetables
- 1/8 cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup KRAFT SWEET RECIPES Honey Mustard Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat grill.
2. Mix rice and water; spoon onto centers of 2 large sheets heavy-duty foil.
3. Top with chicken and vegetables.
4. Mix peanut butter, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and 1 1/2 tbsp. water; drizzle over vegetables.
5. Fold foil to make 2 packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
6. Grill 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
7. Let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
