Ingredients
- 1 12-oz package vanilla wafers
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar, plus another 1/2 cup for rolling the bourbon balls
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup bourbon (or a little more if you’re adventurous)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the first four ingredients in a large bowl.
stir together the corn syrup and bourbon in a separate bowl until blended.
Combine the two mixtures together and then roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll the shaped balls in the extra powdered sugar to coat
and let chill in the fridge.
will last in the fridge for about two weeks.
