- 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 cup, Soup - Chicken broth low sodium, canned
- 12 fluid ounceMixed Vegetables
- 3 cup, Cauliflower Mashed Potato's
- 1 1/2 cups Rotisserie Chicken

Step 1
Mix the cornstarch with the broth. Heat until thickened. Stir in chicken. Place in bottom of a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Cook vegetables until tender. spread over chicken mixture. cover with mashed cauliflower. Heat under broiler until potatoes are browned.
