Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C flour
  • 1 cup ugars
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C Fresh or Frozen Cranberries (coursely chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Prehead oven to 350
Grease and flour 8 1/2 x 4/12 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl
Dombine remaining ingredients in separate bowl
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist
Stir in cranberries
Spread evenly in loaf pan

Recipe calls for baking 1 1/2 hours - but 1 hour 10 min is max
Remove from pan and cool
