Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup rice crispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup Grape Nut cereal
  • 1 cup cashew pieces
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 8 oz package of mixed dried fruit
  • 8 oz dried cherries or raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients except fruit in a large bowl. Mix honey and oil in small bowl and pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake on two cookie sheets covered with parchment paper for 45 minutes, turning mix occasionally. Cool and mix in fruits. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
