Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks celery
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Olive Oil
- 2 28-ounce cans Pastene Kitchen Ready Tomatoes (Aunt Evelyn says Whole tomatoes chopped)
- 2 cans red kidney beans (Progresso or Pastene)
- 1 lb box ditalini pasta
- water

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery and garlic powder in olive oil
Add tomatoes and simmer for about an hour
Rinse kidney beans in cold water and add to tomatoes
Simmer while past is cooking
Cook pasta, rinse and drain
Add a little water to tomato bean mixture so that it isn't too think
Add past and simmer for a few minutes before serving
