Ingredients
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- flour
- 1 qt. beef broth or bouillion
- 1 T. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter or margerine until tender and translucent, stir in flour (2 T.). Add beef broth and simmer, add sugar. Can cook in a crock pot. Serve with toasted bread and cheese on top.
