- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoon chives
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper

Step 1
In a small bowl, mash together cream cheese, mayo, chives, salt and pepper.
In large bowl, use a pastry cutter to mash up eggs. Add shredded cheese and cream cheese mixture to eggs. Mix together until everything is mixed very well and eggs are covered in cream cheese. Serve on croissants.
