- 1 1/4 cups white rice flour
- 1/2 cup sweet rice flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Wet Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 bag chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, sugars, egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Using a wooden spoon, stir together wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
Add chocolate chips and stir until just combined.
Drop dough, about 2 teaspoons each, onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
