Ingredients
- 1 12 oz jar ginger jam
- 3 tblsp soy sauce
- 1 tblsp mustard ( try Coleman's or spicy brown)
- 3 tblsp any kind vinegar ( I used white wine)
- 2 tblsp aardvark jerk sauce, opt.
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell
- 1-2 fine diced jalepeno
- 1 cup fine dice pineapple
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp thyme or marjoram

Just heat the ingredients through. Taste for salt and pepper. Add water or orange juice to thin it if you need to.
