Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/8 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6-8 tbs butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1/2 container caramel apple dip
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 inch springform pan and wrap a piece of foil around bottom of pan. Mix crumbs, cocoa, sugar and butter in small bowl. Press into bottom and sides of pan. Chill. Spread caramel dip over crust and top with pecans. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs and melted chocolate until well blended. Pour into springform pan over pecans and caramel and bake 1 hour or until set but still giggly in the middle. Cool for 30 minutes. Run greased knife around edge of pan and chill intact 4 hours to overnight. Remove side of pan before serving.
