Ingredients

  • 2 28-ounce cans crushed pineapple (natural juice)/keep one extra on hand
  • 1 16-ounce container marshmallow fluff
  • 1 pint heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple of all liquid - push it through a colander until you can't get any more out

Combine drained pineapple and marshmallow fluff - mix thoroughly - takes a while to get lumps out. Chill until ready to serve

Before serving (if possible) whip heavy cream - i don't add any sugar or vanilla - sweet enough with fluff!

Fold whipped cream into pineapple mixture and serve.

If you have to whip cream in advance - keep it cold and separate from the pineapple mixture until ready to serve.
