- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Red Onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp. Canola Oil
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt

Step 1
Combine thinly sliced English cucumbers,thinly sliced red onion and sliced pitted Kalamata olives, lemon juice chopped fresh dill, canola oil,sugar and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
