Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs onion flakes
- 1 tbs garlic, minced
- 1 tbs parsley, dried
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 tbs garlic, minced
- 2 tbs onion flakes
- 2 tbs parsley, dried
- 3 cans 15 oz tomato sauce
- 3 cans water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix burger in bowl with egg, crumbs and seasonings. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Microwave in covered glass dish for 6 minutes. Drain well and set aside. For sauce, brown garlic in sauce pot with a little olive oil. Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Bring to boil. Add meatballs and simmer for one hour. Serve with cooked spaghetti noodles.
