Pumpkin Spice Latte Base (The Kitchen)

Ingredients

  • One 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the pumpkin, brown sugar, espresso powder, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl and mix until completely combined. Transfer to a resealable container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Add to taste to hot chocolate, whipped cream, oatmeal or milkshakes.
