Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbs water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup finely chopped nuts
- 4 Hershey bars

Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter, sugar, water and vanilla over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Sprinkle 1/3 cup nuts over bottom of 13x9 pan. Pour toffee batter over the nuts. Spread carefully. Top gently with unwrapped Hershey bars, which will melt rapidly. Spread carefully and top with remaining nuts. Cool completely and break into pieces.
