Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) fat-free chicken broth
- 1/4 t. thyme
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 3 medium peeled and cubed potatoes
- 1 rib sliced celery
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. 1% milk
- 2 T. flour
- 2 (6 1/2 oz) minced clams, rinsed and drained

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, mix broth, thyme, pepper, potatoes, celery and onion. Bring to boil; cover and cook on low 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft. In bowl, gradually mix milk into flour until smooth. Slowly add mixture to broth. Add clams. Cook until boiling and liquid begins to thicken, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
