Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 tbsp apple sauce,milk, mashed banana, pumpkin or squash
• 1/2 c cocoa powder
• 1/2 c sugar or sweetener equivalent (i used 4 packets of stevia but it was too sweet for me)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Cooking spray.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredents thoroughly together, pour into greased bowls, and cook in the microwave. (The recipe says to microwave for 50 secs but I needed to microwave for 2 minutes, one minute at a time, incase they overflow.)
