- 2 boxes jello chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 2 tablespoon cold water
- 2-1/4 cup cold milk

Step 1
Prepare your pre-made pie crust as per instructions. Add 2 boxes of pudding with 2-3/4 cups of milk. Beat it together with hand mixer for 2 minutes. Pour the filling into cooled pie shell and refrigerate to set. Dissove 1 teaspoon of gelatin in 2 tablespoon of cold water for 5 minutes. Place the gelatin/water mixture in small pan over(double boiler) boiling water until dissolved completely.Let it cool a bit then pour it all into the whip cream at once and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Whip the cream in a chilled bowl with 1 teaspoon sugar until it starts to fluff up. Put whip cram on top of pie and refrigerate.
