• 4 Tbs. butter
• 1 Tbs. onion powder
• 4 Tbs. flour
• 2 C. milk
• 1 lb. cheddar cheese
• 4 jalapenos, minced (optional

Step 1

Melt the butter and flour together at medium low heat until they form a thickened sauce, approximately 4 minutes.

If adding jalapenos, add them along with the milk and cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.

Serve warm.
