Ingredients
- When microwave cooking food, like this Seafood dish, it's important to use glass or ceramic.
- 1/2 lb of Haddock fillets
- 1/2 lb of Cod fillets
- 1/2 lb of Trout or Salmon fillets
- 1 chicory
- 8 spears of green asparagus
- 1/4 lb of green beans
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of fresh dill
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 small glass of dry white wine
- 2 small glasses of warm water
- 2 large spoons of fresh cream
- Salt and white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Take the leaves from the chicory.
Clean and scrape the asparagus.
Remove the strings from the green beans.
In a baking dish, place all the ingredients: fillets of haddock, cod and salmon, chicory leaves, asparagus, green beans, shallot and dill.
Add the lime juice, white wine, warm water and cream.
Cover the dish with a microwave plastic film.
Cook in the microwave (if possible with the turntable) at full power for 5 minutes.
After cooking, wait for 3 minutes before taking off the plastic film.
Add salt and pepper and serve together with cauliflower and broccoli.
