Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders
- Half and Half - 2 to 4 cups
- 2 whole white onions
- 4 Fresh tomatos (Romas work well)
- Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Marsala Wine

Preparation
Step 1
Pound chicken a little and shake in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook in butter/oil until brown. Add chopped firm tomatos (1 per 5 people), 1/2 onion (per 5 people) slivered. Add minced garlic and mushrooms. Add 1/2 to 1 cup Marsala and 1/2 to 1 Cup half and half per 5 people. Cook until thickened.
