Glady's Sweet Onion Casserole

• 5 large onions, sliced
• 12 ritz crackers, crushed
• 1 lb hot sausage, browned and drained
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/4 t season salt
• 1 12oz can cream of mushroom soop
• 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 4oz jar pimento

Preparation

Step 1

Put 1/2 of onions in a baking dish, cover with crackers then sausage. Add other half of onions and cover with mush soup, salt season salt then sprinkle with cheese and pimento. Bake for 370 for an hour.
