1-2-3 in a Crock
1 lb. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ lb. Blue Cheese
1 8 oz. Package of cream cheese
½ C. white wine
½ C. dry sherry
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tab. Finely grated raw onion
Liquid pepper sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Combine all, mix well, refrigerate till serving on crackers as a spread.
