Ingredients

• FROSTINGS:
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 package cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring
• 3-1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• miniature chocolate chips, and green and red M&M's
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
• 2 to 4 teaspoons milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and extracts. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder' gradually beat in cream cheese mixture Refrigerate covered
overnight.

Preheat oven to 325. Shape dough into 48 balls 1/2 inch balls. On ungreased baking sheets. Place one ball oz each size. side by side.
Bake 18-20 minutes. Put candies in snowman after removing cookies, Make vanilla frostings
