Ingredients
- 4 portions of Mahi-Mahi
- 1/2 cup hazelnut powder
- 8 artichoke harts cut into 1/6
- 1/4 bunch of rosemary leaves
- 2 finely diced red peppers
- 4 tsp of balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup I salted butter
- Seasoning salt and pepper
- 8 chive twigs for decoration

Step 1
Season both sides of fish before covering one side with hazelnut powder. Pour half butter and olive oil in non stick pan,and fry it over low heat for 6 minutes for side and 3 to 4 minutes for the side covered with hazel nut powder and 3 to 4 minutes for the other side. Remove from the stove and set aside. Cook artichokes with remaing butter and olive oil in skillet over high heat. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes and at last minute add diced red pepper and rosemary leaves.season to taste and set aside.. Place peppers, rosemary and artichokes on plate, add fish hazelnut surface up and sprinkle balsamic vinegar reduction around plates. Place chive twigs on plates as garnish
