Ingredients

  • 8 Ball Park Franks
  • 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 16 strips bacon
  • 6 tsp. ketchup or barbecue sauce
  • 8 hot dog buns

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat grill or oven to 400
2. Split franks down the middle, making sure not to
completely cut in half. Place cheese in split of
each hot dog. Wrap in bacon and place on grill
rack or broiler pan, cheese side up. Baste with ketchup or barbecue sauce
3. Grill or bake until bacon is crisp, about 15 to 20 min. Place in bun and add condiments of
choice
