Ingredients
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 2 chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
- 1-2 cups Texas Petes Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce
- 16 oz shredded Mexican cheese blend

Step 1
Cook chopped chicken in enough wing sauce to coat. After chicken is cooked, take out of pan and carefully chop again,very finely. Return to pan and heat thoroughly. Lay out egg roll wrappers and add about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture and the same amount of cheese. With wet fingers join the opposing corners of the wrapper and seal. In a frying pan on medium-high heat, sprayed with cooking spray, fry the wrappers on each side, until slightly brown and crispy. Serve immediately or keep warm in the oven. Also good warmed up.
