Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2/3 cup cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 24 small mushroom caps (or 12 large ones)
- Cooking spray
- Paprika
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350. Use melon-baller to scoop out mushrooms to hold filling. Saute together the butter, onion, green pepper and garlic for 5 minutes. Stir in the cottage cheese and Worchestershire sauce and remove from heat. Add bread crumbs and stir until consistent texture. Spoon filling into mushroom caps. Place mushrooms in sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
