Ingredients
- Toppings:
- Red bell pepper (2 sliced very thin)
- Onion (1 small sliced very thin)
- Diced tomatoes (1 large can)
- Garlic
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Red chili powder
- Salt
- Eggs
- French Bread
- Feta cheese
- Cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
1) Brown onion and red pepper in pan
2) Add canned tomatoes and minced garlic
3) Add spices to taste
4)Let simmer
5) Crack eggs, cover. Serve with runny yolks. Add cilantro and feta cheese. Serve with bread.
