Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 cup creme de menthe, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, butter, water and corn syrup in large bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes and stir. Microwave again for 3-5 minutes until it reaches a full boil.
Add chocolate bits and whisk until smooth.
