Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 lbs sliced carrots, cooked
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook all marinade ingredients together and pour over vegetables.
Best if made at least 24 hours before serving. Can be made up to one week ahead.
